When I knew we were building a house, one of the MAIN things on my list was a FIREPLACE. Not only do I love the coziness of the fire, but let’s be honest…I wanted the MANTEL for decorating!!!!!!
It is one of my VERY VERY favorite parts of my home, and I am having a blast decorating for the holidays!
Basically, I am just sharing this today for inspiration and to show y’all how I pulled some things together super easily and on a budget!
I hope you LOVE it (pun intended) 馃檪
A little about what I did….
The trees and garland are leftover from my Christmas mantel! They are still “wintery”!
I painted the heart! I used a 30×40 canvas from Hobby Lobby! I found it for 50% off. I did a video of this HERE!
The different hanging garlands are from the following:
-Black and white felt balls (I have had forever…originally from Jane.com)
-Wood bead garland- I used on my dining room Christmas tree. I got from Raz Imports.
-Red felt heart garland- Target dollar spot!
I LOVE my Rae Dunn heart plates! I have one more too that says “kisses”, but I am using it somewhere else.
I hit the jackpot with these pieces several months ago! I was able to get DOZENS of Rae Dunn pieces for hardly anything from a rummage sale! SCOOOOORRRREEE!
The super cute pillow came from Kirkland’s this year! They had an extra 30% off when I got it, so it was only around $8.00! I fell in LOOOVE.
That blush colored vase was too pretty to pass up from Home Goods!
I already had the grapevine wreath. I have used it countless times throughout the years!
Do you see the cute little burlap pillow on my chair?? Yeah, that was a DIY too! Took me MAYBE 4 minutes, tops! You can see that tutorial HERE!
PIN FOR LATER!!! I will love you forever!
