progress on cocoa beach condo

It has been a minute since I have shared process of the Cocoa Beach condo we bought to renovate and rent! It is REALLY coming along, and it should be done within the next month (or that is my hope anyway)!!!

It is still a work in progress, but I wanted to show you where we are right now, because I love sharing the process with you! This update is mostly the kitchen, with a look at the living room, because all the rooms pretty much look the same…so there isn’t much different. Details on COLORS (It will NOT be all gray like this OR WHITE cabinets), etc will be at end of this blog.

This is a look at the living room as you walk in! Look at the FLOORING! It looks soooo good in here! Total difference maker for sure. Don’t forget to look back at the BEFORE PICTURES HERE!

Can you believe that above picture is the KITCHEN?! Holy moly. What a change. This is after removing the old cabinets, prepping the walls, new flooring, changing the pantry area and fixing the ceiling! Whoa. This is the biggest change of all for sure.

And THIS is now with the cabinets installed (pretty much). They will NOT be white and will have gold hardware, but what a beautiful start! You may notice how on the left here they built in pantry doors and storage and prepped for the fridge, which is totally different than BEFORE.

I just can’t get over the difference. I cannot WAIT to see it complete with the new color, backsplash, countertop, et… AHHHH. It will be GORGEOUS!

Above that small little area is where a coffee bar will be. We will have exposed shelving!

This is the kitchen looking into the living room!

Here is some info about what you are going to see and are seeing now:
The walls that are not wallpapered are Repose Gray throughout the condo.
All trim and baseboards (not done yet) are going to be Dorian Gray (it is a little darker gray).
All doors in the condo will be Tidewater, as well as the kitchen cabinets!
We are doing a beautiful quartz countertop- will show soon.
In the 2 bathrooms, we are doing one navy vanity (guest bath) and medium gray vanity (master). Exact colors have not been decided but will be this week.

All walls have been painted and prepared for wallpaper (LOTS of walls with have wallpaper- some of you will love that and some will be scared to death LOL)

I will share my wallpaper choices after I do my reveal, so that you have access to all of it in one place, but I hate to ruin all the surprises ahead of time!
