Hey Y’all!!! If you know me or have followed me for any length of time AT ALL, you know I am a very passionate person.
I am passionate about many many things. One of those things is decorating…and doing it on a budget.
I am also passionate about Little Debbie cakes, Mountain Dew and Blueberry Pie, but let’s get back to the point here.
I get so excited over things that I love. I want to share those things with everyone I know. Here is a prime example:
I went to Maine on vacation a few years ago, and it was everything I had dreamed of and more. I saw the most beautiful scenery and ate the most SCRUMPTIOUS blueberry pie you can even imagine. (This is where my love for blueberry pie was birthed.)
When I got home from that vacation, all I could talk about was Maine and blueberry pie. One lady I worked with at the time even said, “You literally make me want to drive to Maine to get a blueberry pie because of your excitement. And I don’t even like blueberries!”
Well, I have come across something in the past couple of weeks that has me so SUPER excited and passionate!!! It was the perfect fit into what I already love (decorating and making beautiful decor)…and when I was introduced to it, I immediately knew it was right for me.
It is called CHALK COUTURE! Have you heard of it???? It is a company that has only been around for about 7 months, so it is very new, but it has the most awesome products ever to make EASY and GORGEOUS signs. For a DIY’er like me, it was literally a game changer.
When you can make gorgeous and flawless signs for your home (or to sell, etc…) in less than 5 minutes (sometimes 2-3 min)…it is a no brainer. And listen, you can with this. You can watch tutorials all day and see for yourself. It is unreal.
Listen, I always say “Ain’t nobody got time for hard projects!” I live by that motto around here! THIS just goes right along with that. I feel like I have been missing out for these past 7 months that the company existed because NOBODY told me! I didn’t want you to feel like that too!
To make these signs, you purchase the transfer (which is a screen- not stencil) and chalk paste. You then apply the transfer to whatever surface you want to put your design onto, apply your paste, scrape excess off, peel it off and BAM! You have a completed sign!
Here is my Facebook LIVE video link of me doing one for you to see! SEE MY DEMONSTRATION!!!
This was my finished product!
(3 min tops)
Here are some examples from the actual Chalk Couture website!
There are countless more designs and SO MANY ways to customize your own! Forgive me if I get too excited and want to share all of my projects with you, but I truly want you to know that YOU CAN do this too! Heck, you can even sign up to sell it like me if you wanted! I have an awesome team! You would get 40% off all orders and a $99 starter kit that includes all of this goodness! BUT….for those who are like- NAH…I just want to craft, place an order and try it out! But, I need to give you a fair warning…you WILL be addicted. So, you can’t say I didn’t warn you 馃檪 ***Oh yeah! And you can make signs to sell! You can sell on Etsy or Amazon or your store or wherever! Another game changer***
Visit my store RIGHT HERE to look around and see what all we have to offer! Also, if you are like, YES, this is AMAZING– I want to do this—Go ahead and click JOIN and join my team! The possibilities are endless! I swear to you. I would never put my brand name on something that I wasn’t truly in love with! I am not like that, and I love my business way too much to promote something just for money. I can PROMISE you that! (I think you know that already!)
Feel free to ask me if you have ANY questions! (And another thing I almost forgot to mention….we also have CHALK INK! You use that the same way as the paste but it goes on fabric!!!! So you can make shirts, pillows, towels, etc…yet another game changer! And THIS was just released so it is brand new to the company.)
Ok, enough for now. I could write forever.
