If you’ve had the chance to see the interior of the virtual home tour of our friend, Sherrie, you know that she has an AMAZING eye for detail and LOVES to find a good bargain, but her love of decorating doesn’t stop on the inside! We couldn’t believe how much work she puts into making the outside of her home just as cute! You’re gonna love it!!!
On the day we were there, she actually had someone finishing up a new color on the entire exterior of her brick home! She plans to add wood shutters to complete the look! She also has beautiful landscaping, like this hydrangea bush, which she used to decorate inside her home!
There is literally not one detail overlooked as you can see in this adorable vintage bench covered with seasonal pillows!
Sherrie said she’s painted these rubber boots A LOT to match her decor!!!
Her knack for using animals to decorate extends to this outside, as with this cute pup who greets visitors at the front of the house!
We asked Sherrie what was her favorite room in the house. She told us her favorite room was not “in the house,” but it was her back porch. This space is TRULY an outdoor living space! It is SOOOO cozy and inviting!!
Sherrie’s style is to use seasonal decor in neutral colors, which is such a classic look!
This rug was such a cute accent!
All of the remotes for her lights stay in this wicker suitcase for easy access!
One of our favorite features of the back porch was this dining table, perfectly set for fall!
SO MANY DETAILS, all the way down to the pumpkin napkin rings!! LOVE!!!
This chandelier over the dining table (as well as all of the lights on the back porch!) is battery operated!
Have you ever seen so many cute and cozy areas in one place?!?!
This is the perfect spot to hang out with a good book!
Just like the inside of the house, Sherrie uses A LOT of vignettes to display her adorable decor outside!
Here is another one of those rabbits she loves, as they remind her of her dad!
How beautiful is this space at night, y’all?! This is the definition of COZY.
As soon as we saw this space, it was no doubt WHY this is Sherrie’s favorite part of her entire home. It is truly an outdoor oasis!

She has a gift! I love all of the black and yet it doesn’t feel dark and heavy. I’m in Atlanta and the pollen, which can be early March to end of May, would make a huge mess of this gorgeous porch. I have minimal decor and it’s a chore. I cover it but still have to take a hose and rag to it. 🤪
I would love her back porch too! Every room of Sherries has is so beautiful! She is such a talented decorator! As always, Brooke you have a wonderful blog. I may not always comment but love reading the blog & love looking at the pictures. Both of you ladies are such an inspiration!
