Hey y’all! Today I am over at Fun Home Things hanging out with Katie and guest posting my Tea Cart Transformation! I am so excited to get to be a part of her blog today, so run on over and check it out! She has an awesome blog with LOTS of great content, especially for the upcoming holiday seasons. I have a feeling you will end up staying a while!
Have a great day!

WOW! I just happened to see your site…AND I thought the foreclosure house my husband bought (I wanted a brand new house that no one had ever used the toilet or had crud on the baseboards..) was the house from Hades! Your house topped the one we bought. I suffer from Major depression (on meds for 30 years) and I also suffer from Seasonal Affective Disease (and it rains here more than it does in Seattle, WA so I’m sunk!) & I still haven’t even hung pictures on the wall yet and we’ve been in it 2 years now…because I hate it! There aren’t any windows in the HUGE LIVING/FAMILY ROOM..I have 2 couches, 4 chairs, 7 ocassional tables, rocking chair, a piano and fireplace..my husband built me a wall unit for the TV and all of my books, family photos (6 kids, ages 38, 36, 35, 33, 32 & 23 yours, mine & ours, 7 grandchildren and the the last child (our son) just moved out. He was our (2nd marriage for both my husband & myself) surprise when I was 38 & my husband 42, , what a shock he was! Lol. The main reason we bought a 3300 sq. ft. house after my husband took a new job in Mobile, AL & we moved from Madison, MS is knowing that we moved only 20 minutes from the beaches in Gulf Shores, AL & Destin, FL is we knew we would have a lot of guests in the warm months, staying with us! I miss our grandchildren since all of them lived within a couple of miles from us. Sorry to unload on you but I came across your site (on a horribly dark, dreary & rainy day here) and it gave me some sunshine…so if you ever come to Daphne (outside of Mobile, AL where the very FIRST MARDI GRAS WAS HELD, and you can give me some ideas and pointers to make our home a brighter place!!! Sincerely, Karen R. Sorey
