You know I absolutely LOVE decorating! Being able to decorate in a fun, unique and budget friendly way is my heart’s passion.
When I was introduced to Chalk Couture, I knew it was a perfect fit for my company! It is not only super cute, but it is soooooo easy to use!
I love to make things. Y’all know that. I love to be creative. I love to share that with people. I mean, that is why I have this blog! That is why I have social media! I love to share!
Well, the game changer with Chalk Couture for ME was that it looks professional every.single.time. You don’t have to be good at hand lettering. You don’t have to know how to paint. You don’t have to even be creative. ALL of this is done for you! You just have to apply it.
So, I am now an Independent Designer for this awesome company. I can’t even tell you how EXCITED I am. I have a large team already, and the excitement and enthusiasm is just OOOOZING from everyone. I could go on and on….and I probably will. LOL
I know you are probably swimming in questions that you want to ask. Trust me, I was too. So, let me answer some of those for you! There are certain questions I get asked the MOST, so I wanted to put those out there to help as many people as possible in understanding what this is all about. I start about joining the company, and then I talk about the product itself.
QUESTIONS ABOUT JOINING THE COMPANY:
- What does it mean to be a designer?
To be a designer with Chalk Couture, you must sign up under another Independent Designer. You must purchase the $99 starter kit that has lots of amazing product and promotional materials to get you on your way to having a successful business! I have posted a picture of the kit to show you everything that is included! - Are there any other fees associated with becoming a designer, besides the Start Kit?
Yes, you must pay a monthly fee of $19.99. This fee covers website maintenance, the handling of all website orders and a new club couture transfer every month that you will receive in the mail from corporate before it is available for purchase on your CC website!
- You said website. What do you mean?
Each and every Chalk Couture designer has their own website provided to them by Chalk Couture. You do NOT have to maintain or do anything whatsoever to this website. It is provided for you with your own id in the web address so that YOU can have a place for people to shop your store to purchase product or even JOIN your team! Each website is identical. The only thing different is the id in the web address, which makes yours unique to you. So, when you join- it will ask you for a business ID. THAT is your website id that distinguishes you from the others. Pick whatever you want! Mine is re-fabbed. All of our addresses are the same except for this one part! - What perks are there to becoming a designer? What are my discounts/profit margins?
This is where it gets REALLY fun to talk about! As a designer, you receive 40% off all of your purchases! wow! You can have an inventory if that is your desire, and you can make that 40% back in profit, or you can simply sell through your website and earn a 25% commission off those sales. OR, do both! It is completely up to you how you would like to run your business! - Are there any minimum requirements I must reach to stay an active designer?
Yes. If you have no desire to build a team and earn commissions from a team…and your main goal is just to run your business as an Independent Designer only- you must have a minimum of $150 in PV (personal volume) every quarter (3 months). That requirement does go up as you progress in the company, but it is very very doable. I have seen no one that has struggled to reach the requirements when you get started. - What is PV and how is that figured?
PV is personal volume. This is figured by your own personal purchases and those sales that you made on your website! $150 in PV in 3 months time is NOTHING. It is a very very attainable requirement to keep you earning good money with Chalk Couture! - Can I stop as a designer at any time?
Yes, you sure can. if you feel this is not for you- you can quit at anytime. There will be no refunds on your items. - Will I receive help and training once I become a designer?
OF COURSE!!!! I have my own private Facebook group for all designers on my team and in my enterprise, and we ALL help and encourage and motivate and provide needed information to succeed. You will never be alone! We also have several other groups that you can join when you are ready, so trust me- you WILL have what you need to move forward and be successful. The SKY is the limit here. I tell my team that daily!
Here is the link to my private Facebook group. You can ONLY join this when you have become a designer under me or one of my team members. I do manually approve.
Team Re-Fabulous - I hate direct sales. What makes this one any different?
Listen. I hear ya. I know that direct sales can have a bad rep. It is all in what you make it and the attitude you approach it with. THIS company is practically brand new, as far as from a direct sales aspect. They are only 8 months old! We have a GROUND FLOOR opportunity! The sky is truly the limit. I don’t say that lightly. It has already changed my life, and that is no exaggeration. I am so excited about the things to come, and it is something I love to share with people. And listen. The products SELL THEMSELVES. There is zero need to be salesy. In fact, I can’t stand salesy. I only want people on my team who WANT to be on my team, and I only want people to purchase products and try things that truly WANT to do that! There is nothing to gain by pushing yourself or your product. SHOW people the product and how it works, and I can 100% guarantee you, it will sell. It is truly that good. - If I do sign people up and build a team, is there anything in it for me?
Well, OF COURSE!!! We have so many cash bonuses and incentives for your sales AND team building. I could never list it all right here. I would be happy to show you our career plan if this is something you are interested in seeing! It is good and juicy, let me tell ya! But even if team building isn’t for you- there are TONS of other ways to make very good money with Chalk Couture. I am here to help you each step!QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCT ITSELF:
- I see Chalk ink and Chalk Paste. What is the difference?
Chalk Ink is permanent and can be used on fabrics! Think pillow covers, t shirts, hand towels, etc… possibilities are endless!
Chalk paste is temporary, unless you seal it to make it permanent by applying a clear sealant! - You say transfers. Aren’t those just stencils?
No! They are NOT stencils. They are silk screen transfers. The open part that you see is actually a silk screen, allowing the paste to go through that to make a flawless creation. - Are the transfers reusable?
YES! They can be used many many times if taken care of! (Approx 50 if taken well care of) - How do you wash the transfer?
Warm water. That’s all. You can also take a chlorox wipe front and back after cleaning to keep it perfect~!You may have more questions, and if you do- You feel FREE to contact me by email at refabbedbybrooke@gmail.com
I WILL respond to you! I want you to feel prepared and ready to start! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!If you are interested in JOINING MY TEAM or PURCHASING SOME PRODUCT TO TRY, just go RIGHT HERE!
