adding wallpaper to a guest bathroom

Wallpaper. It’s a love or hate relationship, and for me…it is LOVE to the nth degree.

It truly just changes an ENTIRE space! I am not a mundane decorator. Neutral and simple does not appeal to me a lot. I do appreciate it, but it is not my personality, nor is it my family’s personality…so adding in lots of color and texture and fun is what makes us the most HAPPY!

This is my guest bathroom BEFORE. I had the person hanging the paper grab a few quick photos right before they started. I am sorry the toilet seat is up LOL…I already know people will comment on that.

I decided to give some extra flair to my guest bathroom, because no matter how much color I added to it, it always felt like it was lacking.

I do LOVE my shower curtain, though. It is a piece of art in and of itself. I have had a hard time finding a link for this, so I apologize!

Some of you will NOT appreciate this new look, but many of you will. It is all a matter of preference…and as I always say, you need to always do what YOU love and what makes YOU happy in decorating. That is truly the only thing that matters!

I am obsessed with this design and how it is neutral but fun and detailed. It truly ended up being the perfect addition to this small space, and it makes me smile SO BIG.

Once again, the wallpaper is from SPOONFLOWER. They seriously have the very best selection, and they give you lots of options for the types of wallpaper you may need for a specific space. They also have each selection available in fabric too, which I love…that way you can correspond pillows or other parts of your decorating.

This giraffe in a bath is just a fave of mine. I found it at Homegoods a year or two ago, and I just can’t imagine not using it in here!

Let me know if you are loving this vibe in the guest bath!!!!

I still LOVE this felt ball piece that I diy’d! It was a Dollar General sign that got some extra flair. You can see that whole project on the blog here!

I realized after the pic was taken that I didn’t have my towel hanging, but it was one of those things that I didn’t want to re-do LOL…sorry!

Here are some referral links to items in this room:
shower curtain

bathroom mirror

white tulips

green bath mat

wallpaper

Thanks so much for stopping by and checking out my space! I know it is over the top and extra…but then again, so am I 🙂

I love it. ❤️ it’s busy but not too busy because of the monochromatic pattern which works nicely with the floor. And splashes of color in the room. It’s a perfect balance ! Great job Brooke! ????

I love the wallpaper by itself, but I think it’s too busy with the floor design and the shower curtain. I love the shower curtain as well, but not all together. I’m happy you love it!! I’m like you, every room is a different color and none or white or beige, lol

I’m so glad you like it! I got the towel bar from Decor Steals a few years ago, but there are some really cute ones that are similar on Amazon!

I really do like it, however, the decorations you have in there don’t mix well so now you can change the rest of your bathroom! Excuse to shop!!
